EN 1092-1 Flange Dimensions Chart (PN 10 and PN 16)

EN 1092-1 flange dimensions for steel flanges DN 15 to DN 600 in PN 10 and PN 16: outside diameter D, bolt circle K, number and size of bolts, hole diameter L.

For preliminary reference only and not a substitute for the standard. Flange thickness, gaskets, bolt length, material and temperature dependent allowable pressure are not covered. Confirm the dimensions in the current edition of EN 1092-1 before ordering or manufacture.

Conditions and notes

Connection dimensions of EN 1092-1 steel flanges. Sources cite the 2002 and 2013 editions and give the same values for these cells. Values are in millimetres and do not depend on the flange type.

  • DN 65 steel flanges have 8 bolt holes. According to the source notes, 4 holes may be used by agreement. Cast iron and copper alloy flanges may come with 4 holes, so check the mating flange.
  • PN 10 and PN 16 flanges mate up to and including DN 150. At DN 200 the bolt count differs, and from DN 250 the outside diameter, bolt circle and bolt size also change.
  • The bolts column gives only the number and metric thread size. Bolt length depends on flange thickness, gasket and nut arrangement.
  • This table summarises only the key connection dimensions of the standard and cannot be downloaded as CSV. The standard itself is a paid document with the full set of dimensions.
  • CSV download is unavailable because the sources do not establish permission for reuse.

Connection dimensions of EN 1092-1 steel flanges. PN 10 and PN 16 share the same dimensions up to and including DN 150. From DN 200 the two pressure classes differ, so match the mating flange by PN.
